Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Minimum Driver Age Requirement
All drivers of rented vehicles must hold a EU or International valid Driver's License for at least 1 year prior to the rental.
Drivers for car groups A, A1, B1, C, D, must be, at least, 23 years old. Drivers for car groups E, F, G, K, R, S, T must be, at least 25 years old.
2. Maintenance
The rentor performs the scheduled maintenance. The renter due to normal wear and tear, periodically replaces the tyres of the vehicles. All other damages due to misuse of the vehicle is charge to the client (i.e. Damaged tyre sidewalls e.t.c)
3. Traffic other Municipal Fines
The driver is fully liable
4. Cross boarder policy
Cross boarder rentals are allowed only within the E.U. A prior written authorization is required. There is also an insurance premium fee that applies depending on the length of the trip and the country.
5. Transport of vehicle via ship or other media.
Rentor’s written authorization is required.
6. Car types
All car types mentioned are sample models and are subject to change with similar models at the Rentor’s discretion.
7. Road side assistance.
Provided through the rentor’s associate assistance company
8. Security Deposits
For car groups A, A1, B1, C: The security deposit required is equal to the estimated total of the rental (including insurance charges, refueling, deductible amount – 300,00 euro etc.) minimum charge of 150,00 euro per day. The above mentioned security deposit is not required for renters using credit cards honored by National.
Cash rentals are not available for all other car groups.

Rates include
1. Unlimited Kilometres
2. Third Party Insurance – required by the Greek Law (Third Party Bodily Injury up to 500.000,00 euros. Third Party Property Damage up to 100.000,00 euros)
3. Protection Against Theft (TW) and Fire
Theft Waiver (TW) Covers the rented vehicle against total theft with a deductible amount of 300,00 euro
4. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Covers the rented vehicle irrelevant of liability with a deductible amount
Car Group A, Α1, Β1, C 400,00 euro
Car Group D, E, F, G, R, T 600,00 euro
Car Group K, S 1100,00 euro

Rates do not include
1. Full Damage Waiver (FDW). Covers the deductible amount that applies to the CDW coverage. Daily charge:
Car Group A, Α1, Β1, C 5,00 euro
Car Group D, E, F, G, R, T 7,00 euro
Car Group K, S 12,00 euro
2. Personal Accident Insurance (PAI). Covers the driver of the vehicle up to the amount of 14.673,51 euro in the case of disability of death. Daily charge 2,50 euro
3. Full Theft Waiver (FTW). Covers the deductible amount that applies to the TW coverage at a daily charge of 2,5 euro for all car groups. 4. Athens International Airport Fee 7%
5. Additional Driver(s) (ADD)
Daily charge: 2,00 per driver
6. Deliveries and Collections not in rental station (minimum charge 20 euros/or 0,40
euro per Kilometre)
7. Delivery beyond rental station operating hours (NDL)
Charge : 20,00 euro
8. Refueling Charge
If the vehicle is returned with less fuel that it had when it was received there will be a charge equal to the value of the missing fuel plus a 7,00 euro refueling service charge (FC).
9. Accident administration fee
In cases of accidents an administration fee of 25,00 euro will be charged. This charge applies irrelevantly of party at fault.
